For the Salad:
- 300g (10 oz) rotini or bowtie pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- ¼ red onion, finely sliced
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- ½ cup cooked chickpeas (optional, for added protein)
For the Hot Honey Dressing:
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1–2 tsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

Directions:
- Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool. - Prepare the Dressing:
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together honey, olive oil, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, lemon juice or vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth. - Assemble the Salad:
