- 4 flour tortillas (whole wheat or regular tortillas, use gluten-free if needed)
- 8 tablespoons cream cheese (dairy-free option available), divided
- 4 teaspoons brown sugar, divided
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided

- 30g (1.06 oz) dark chocolate or chocolate chips
- ½ teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

- Take one flour tortilla and spread 2 heaping tablespoons of cream cheese evenly across the surface.
- Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of brown sugar and ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon over the cream cheese layer.
- Place a second tortilla on top and repeat the process with cream cheese, brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll the stacked tortillas tightly into a log shape, then slice into pinwheels approximately 1.2 inches (3 cm) thick. Repeat with remaining two tortillas.
- Place pinwheels on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake at 338°F (170°C) for 7-8 minutes until light golden brown.
- For chocolate drizzle: Melt chocolate with coconut oil in microwave-safe bowl or on stovetop using low heat, stirring until smooth.
