4 flour tortillas

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup brown sugar

1½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

½ cup powdered sugar

1–2 tbsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions

Brush tortillas with butter, sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mix.

Roll tightly, slice into 3–4 pieces.

Arrange in a baking dish, pour cream if desired.

Bake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes.

Glaze and serve warm!
