These cheesy garlic chicken wraps are everything you love in one handheld bite juicy, flavorful chicken smothered in garlic butter, loaded with melty cheese and wrapped in a toasty flatbread or tortilla. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or an on-the-go meal!
Ingredients
For the Chicken Filling:

500g (1 lb) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, sliced into strips

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

Juice of ½ lemon
For the Garlic Butter:

2 tbsp butter
-
2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
Wrap Assembly:

4 large flour tortillas or flatbreads

1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or your favorite melty cheese)

½ cup shredded cheddar (optional, for extra flavor)

1 cup shredded lettuce
-
1 medium tomato, diced
-
Optional: thinly sliced red onion, pickles, or chili flakes for extra zing
Instructions

Cook the Chicken:
In a bowl, toss the chicken strips with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through (6–8 minutes). Remove and set aside. -
Make the Garlic Butter:
In a small pan, melt butter. Add minced garlic and parsley. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant. -
Assemble the Wraps:
Lay out the tortillas. Divide the chicken evenly across them. Drizzle with garlic butter, then top with mozzarella, cheddar (if using), lettuce, tomato, and any optional toppings. -
Toast the Wraps:
Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap. Toast them in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted. -
Serve:
Slice in half and enjoy warm with your favorite dipping sauce garlic mayo, spicy ketchup or ranch!
