4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs

1 tsp Italian seasoning

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Prep the Chicken: Pound chicken to even thickness. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Preheat Griddle: Set Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. Add olive oil and 1 tbsp butter.
