Sizzling straight from the Blackstone griddle, this mouthwatering garlic parmesan chicken is crispy, juicy, and loaded with bold flavor perfect for outdoor cooking and quick family meals!

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces or thin fillets)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or neutral cooking oil for high heat)
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (optional, for richness)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (for heat)

Directions:

  1. Preheat Griddle: Heat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high and oil the surface lightly.
  2. Season Chicken: In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Cook Chicken: Add oil and butter to the hot griddle. Sear chicken until golden brown and fully cooked (about 6–8 minutes), flipping to cook evenly.
  4. Add Parmesan: During the last minute of cooking, sprinkle Parmesan over the chicken and toss gently so it melts and coats the meat.
