Sizzling steak bites, creamy garlic butter sauce, and tender pasta all cooked in one pot this dish is rich, spicy, and packed with bold, comforting flavors!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak (cut into bite-sized cubes, fat trimmed)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to heat preference)

  • 8 oz penne or fettuccine pasta (uncooked)

  • 2 cups beef broth (low sodium)

  • 1 cup milk (or heavy cream for extra richness)

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear on all sides until browned (about 4–5 minutes). Remove and set aside.

  • Sauté Garlic & Spice: In the same pot, reduce heat to medium. Add butter, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. Cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).

  • Cook the Pasta: Add uncooked pasta, beef broth, and milk. Stir and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and sauce thickens.

  • Add Cheese & Steak: Stir in Parmesan cheese and return the steak to the pot. Toss everything together and simmer for another 2–3 minutes until heated through.

  • Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot!
