- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or rosemary (or 1/2 tsp dried)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
- Prep Chicken: Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and optional paprika.
