Description

Transform ordinary instant ramen into restaurant-quality comfort food with this fiery chicken ramen featuring tender marinated chicken in a rich, creamy garlic sauce. Ready in just 45 minutes, this recipe combines sweet honey-soy marinated chicken with a luxurious cream base that perfectly balances heat and richness.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 green onions, sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Marinate the Chicken: Combine soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey to marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes.
  • Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large pot, cook marinated chicken until browned and fully cooked.
  • Add Aromatics: Add minced garlic and paprika, sauté until fragrant.
  • Add Broth and Noodles: Pour chicken broth, bring to a boil, and cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  • Create Creamy Sauce: Stir in heavy cream, simmer for 5 minutes until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Serve: Serve hot, garnished with green onions.

Notes

  • Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes, but no more than 4 hours to prevent mushy texture
  • Discard the seasoning packets from instant ramen noodles
  • Add cream to reduced heat broth to prevent curdling
  • Adjust chili sauce quantity based on your heat preference
  • For best results, serve immediately while hot
