Easy Chicken Caesar Wrap – Crunchy, Creamy, Craveable!

A deliciously simple wrap packed with juicy chicken, crisp romaine creamy Caesar dressing, and crunchy croutons all rolled into a soft tortilla. Perfect for a quick lunch or a satisfying on-the-go meal!

Ingredients:

  • 2 large flour tortillas (10-inch, soft)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped or shredded
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing (ensure no anchovy or wine-based ingredients)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (check for microbial or vegetarian rennet)
  • 1/2 cup garlic croutons, lightly crushed
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: a squeeze of lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Prepare Filling: In a bowl, combine chopped chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
  2. Warm Tortillas (Optional): Lightly warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for easier wrapping.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Divide the filling between the two tortillas. Place the filling in the center, fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
  4. Slice & Serve: Cut each wrap in half diagonally. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for on-the-go meals.
