Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¾ cup apricot preserves (or jam, with no added alcohol)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (ensure alcohol-free version)
Directions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
