- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (ensure no wine or pork-derived additives)

- 2 cups chicken broth (low-sodium)
- 1 cup milk (whole or 2%)

- 8 oz linguine pasta (uncooked)
