Description

Chocolate Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Bites are a fun, healthy treat made with just a few simple ingredients. Perfect for summer snacking or guilt-free dessert, they’re creamy, fruity, and dipped in a thin layer of chocolate for a satisfying crunch.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness of yogurt)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract (alcohol-free if needed)
1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil or vegetable oil

Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix yogurt, honey (if using), vanilla, and diced strawberries until well combined.
Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, drop small mounds of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet.
Freeze for 1–2 hours or until solid.
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
Dip each frozen yogurt bite halfway into the melted chocolate and return to the tray.
Freeze again for 15–20 minutes, or until chocolate is set.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

Use silicone molds or ice cube trays for more uniform shapes.
Swap strawberries for blueberries, raspberries, or mango chunks.
Use dairy-free yogurt and dark chocolate for a vegan option.
