Description

Learn how to make crispy, juicy chicken wings in an air fryer in just 30 minutes. Healthier, mess-free, and packed with flavor. Perfect for game night or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

– 2 lbs chicken wings

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1 tsp paprika

– 1 tbsp baking powder (aluminum-free)

– Salt and black pepper to taste

– Cooking spray (optional)

– Buffalo sauce or any preferred dipping sauce (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F for 5 minutes.

2. Pat chicken wings dry using paper towels.

3. In a large bowl, toss wings with garlic powder, paprika, baking powder, salt, and pepper.

4. Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

5. Cook at 380°F for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

6. Increase temperature to 400°F and cook an additional 5 minutes for extra crisp.

7. Remove and toss wings in sauce of your choice or serve dry with dips.

Notes

• For best crispiness, rest the seasoned wings uncovered in the fridge for 30 minutes before air frying.

• Use parchment paper only if your air fryer model recommends it.

• Always check internal temperature reaches 165°F.
