Ingredients

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients and select a large microwave-safe mug (at least 12 oz capacity).
  • In the microwave-safe mug, mix together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt using a fork until well combined.
  • Add milk, canola oil, water, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir thoroughly until you have a smooth batter with no lumps or dry spots.
  • Place the mug in the center of your microwave and cook on full power for 1 minute and 45 seconds.

 

  • Carefully remove from microwave (mug will be hot) and let cool for 30-60 seconds before enjoying.
